Friendly Park Swim & Tennis is a great option for hosting summertime parties or other small-group events during normal operating hours.

Rules and Policies

1.) Friendly Park Swim & Tennis requires you to request space at least two weeks in advance of an event. The pool manager must be emailed with a preferred date and time has sole authority on granting permission. The manager can be reached at friendlypoolmanager@gmail.com.

2.) Parties and other events are limited to 2 hours. Hosts will be allowed to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time for set up. They will have 15 minutes after the end of the event to escort non-member guests out and clear belongings from the gazebo. Pool staff will clean the area.

3.) A guest list must be submitted 7 days in advance. Only those guests whose names appear on the pre-submitted guest list will be permitted entry.

4.) For parties involving children ages 5 and under, one adult chaperone is required for every 5 children.

5.) Party fees are due no later than the time the host member arrives to set up for the party. The gazebo rental fee is $25 plus guest fees for non-members. Additional fees may apply at the discretion of the pool manager based on special requests or circumstances.

6.) The gazebo is available for events during the following hours:

• Monday−Thursday: 11 a.m. − 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. − 8 p.m.
• Fridays: 11 a.m. − 1 p.m.
• Saturdays: 11 a.m. − 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. − 8 p.m. 
• Sundays: 5 p.m. − 8 p.m.
