Dear Friendly Frog Swim Team Families:
Spring warm up practices will begin on Saturday, March 9 at the UNCG Pool at 1301 West Gate City Blvd. Swimmers ages 9 and older will practice the first hour (9:30 - 10:30 am on Saturdays, 3 - 4 pm on Sundays) and swimmers ages 8 and under will practice the second hour (10:30 - 11:30 am on Saturdays, 4 - 5 pm on Sundays). The entire schedule is below:

The cost is $85 per family and payment will be collected at the practices (make checks payable to Friendly Park Inc.).
As you are talking to friends about becoming members of our pool, please share that their children can participate in spring warm up practices as a way to get introduced to the swim team.
With spring warm ups on the horizon, things begin to happen fast for the defending CSA Champion Frogs. Looking ahead, land training will begin in the afternoons at the pool on Monday, May 13 and transition to practice in the pool. We will have more specific details on the summer schedule as that information becomes available. Please remember that City Meet will follow a Sat/Sun/Mon format this summer on July 6,7,8.
