2023 INVOICES - CHECK YOUR EMAIL Invoices were emailed mid-March from bookkeeperfpi@gmail.com. If you were on a bank draft last year and there are no charges, it will simply continue. Otherwise, 2023 dues must be received by May 1 or there will be a $25 late fee. Payments received after the pool opening (Memorial Day weekend) will be subject to a $50 late fee. SELLING YOUR FRIENDLY PARK STOCK We love our members and hope they’ll be part of our Frog family for years to come. If you must cancel your membership, please email membershipfpi@gmail.com by May 1. We will then sell your stock to new incoming members, and you’ll receive your refund at the end of the 2023 fiscal year (November timeframe). Notifications after May 1 will be put on our 2024 Member Termination List. |
FST families, You know summer is approaching when it's time to register for Friendly Swim Team! We're only a few weeks from: the pool opening, those awesome Tuesday night meets at Friendly with Swim For Cancer bake sales and smoke rolling off the grill, the 3-day mega City Meet, the after-City Meet late night at Friendly, and the banquet where we celebrate what will surely be another memorable season. No matter what, FST always delivers! There will be a lot of info coming over the next several weeks and throughout the season. So let's focus on what we have to do right now. Important Notes:
- Registration:
- This year, both the FST and CSA registration forms are digital. No paper forms! The registration link is in the attached FST Info Packet. That link will take you to FST's registration and the CSA's link is embedded in our form. Reminder, you only need one FST registration per family, but for the CSA form you must register each participating swimmer in your family (note, after you complete the CSA form once, there will be an option to submit another response).
- FST fees are the same as last year: $85 for the first swimmer in your family and then $65 for each additional swimmer. You can pay by Venmo (see the link/QR code in the FST form), cash or check. If paying by cash or check, just bring it to a parent rep or one of the coaches at spring warm-ups, or practices at the pool when they start.
- Caps:
- FST is offering personalized caps this year. The deadline to order is April 23rd. See the FST info packet for more info and the link to order.
- T-shirts:
- The link to order this year's team t-shirt is in the attached FST Info Packet. They are the top offerings on the page of Friendly's online merchandise store.
- You didn't know Friendly had an online merchandise store? Well we do! While ordering your FST t-shirts, check out the other Friendly apparel and merchandise.
- Swimsuits:
- We are once again offering Agon suits from past FST seasons, with some new options. See the FST Info Packet for more info and the link to order.
- Dates yet to come:
- We do not have a banquet date yet. We will send that out once it's finalized.
- CSA has not yet released dates and times for Officials' Clinics. We will send those out once we have them.
- Swim for Cancer (SFC):
- Those interested in being a Swim For Cancer chair and/or co-chairs, please send me an email. No experience is needed! Our past chair, Ashley Lester, has all of the info you need and is willing to meet to review the role. SFC is an important part of the FST season. Please consider volunteering on your own or with friends to keep this important and fun Friendly tradition rolling along.
